This 6,000 Sq. Ft. house was designed for an active family with three children. With two laundry rooms, a children’s media room, and a downstairs master bedroom, the house design was centered on the way this family lived. The master bath looks out to the street where the children would be picked up every morning while Mom got ready, and the kitchen had a clear view of the pool, as well as a separate entrance and counter for the “in’s and out’s” of little wet feet. A modern interpretation of the traditional Victorian look, this house demonstrates the importance of scale and balance when building on a larger scale.
